Skyfall occupies 1,305m² over the upper levels of Le Béton on De Wet Road, with exclusive use of the garden, roof terrace and driveway, and uninterrupted views across the Atlantic from Bantry Bay to Lion’s Head.

Nightly rate

High season, 1 November to 31 March: R170,000 per night
Shoulder season, April, May, September and October: R120,000 per night
Minimum stay: seven nights throughout.

The rate is for exclusive use of the whole villa, for up to six guests. Rates are quoted in South African Rand and include value added tax at 15%.

Included in the nightly rate

Full concierge service from arrival to departure. A private driver and vehicle for six hours each day. Daily housekeeping. Bar service. Waiting staff at meal times. All linen, towels and household consumables. Water, electricity and high-speed wireless internet. Welcome provisions on arrival.

Available at additional cost

Private chef and menu design. Airport and road transfers beyond 50 kilometres, and driver hours beyond those included. Bar consumables above the included allowance. Laundry and dry cleaning. In-villa treatments and wellness. Close protection and security detail.

Booking terms

A booking deposit of 20% of the price is payable on confirmation and is applied to the price. The balance is payable 30 days before arrival.

A refundable damage deposit of R250,000 is payable 10 days before arrival and is refunded within ten business days of departure.

Cancellation 30 days or more before arrival: 50% of the price is retained. Fewer than 30 days but more than 7 days: 65%. Fewer than 7 days: 100%.

Arrival from 14h00. Departure by 10h00.

Accommodation at Skyfall Penthouse is supplied by Svelte Holdings (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2018/562565/07, VAT registration number 4890286125. All bookings are contracted with, invoiced by and payable to Svelte Holdings (Pty) Ltd, which supplies the accommodation together with the concierge, driver, housekeeping, bar and waiting services listed above. Svelte Bespoke (Pty) Ltd markets Skyfall Penthouse and does not contract with guests.

Rates are quoted in South African Rand and are inclusive of value added tax at the standard rate of 15%. Value added tax is charged at the standard rate on accommodation supplied in South Africa regardless of the country of residence of the guest.
